What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve clients throughout the Phoenix metro area, but we are available for projects nationwide.

How long will a photography session take?

Sessions typically range from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the package selected.

When can I expect to receive my photos?

Basic real estate and drone photos are delivered by the end of the following business day. Architectural and landscape design photoshoots will receive proofs to review within a few business days and once photos are selected it takes 2-5 business days to get the photos edited.

Do you offer virtual tours?

Yes! We offer Matterport style virtual tours, custom virtual tours, and HD walkthrough videos.

What time of day is best for photography?

We can take great photographs of your property any time during daylight hours. Most properties look best at twilight, the time in between when the sun starts setting and when it gets dark. This works best when there is good exterior lighting and a pool with a working pool light.

What should I do to prepare my property for a photography session?

Preparing your property for a photography session is key to achieving stunning visuals. We recommend cleaning and decluttering spaces, turning on all lights, and adding some decorative touches to enhance the appeal. We have provided a detailed checklist (there's a link to view the checklist on the left side of the page) to help you get ready for the session.

Should we reschedule our photoshoot if there's bad weather?

It's generally recommended if the weather is forecasting overcast skies or rain that we reschedule. While overcast skies can help with portrait photography, it will make your property look dark and gloomy, which we don't want! In cases when rescheduling isn't an option for our client, we can still shoot in bad weather, but we can't guaranty optimal results.

Do you provide image rights for the photographs taken?

By default we provide our clients with a non exclusive, non transferable, unlimited length license to use the photos as you would like. This includes uploading the photos to the MLS, using the photos on your website, or social media. The copyright always stays with the photographer unless we discuss otherwise. This means you cannot give the photos to another commercial third party to use on their website or social media. If you have any questions about copyright please let us know.
